KENO RULES
- $25,000 limit each game to aggregate players.
- We pay on the computer-generated ticket; the numbers and conditions registered on the computer-generated ticket shall govern any payoffs due.
- Any errors on the computer-generated ticket must be corrected prior to the start of each keno game, or any error will remain as the valid wager and shall govern any payoffs due. For your protection, please check your tickets for errors.
- Keno runners are available for your convenience. Tickets carried by runners are not valid until accepted at the keno counter. Keno runners are instructed not to wait for customers who are not ready for the current game. We are not responsible if tickets are turned in too late for the current game.
- Keno tickets played for 20 games or less must be cashed in within 24 hours of purchase. Keno tickets played for 21 games or more may be cashed in within one year from time of purchase. All regular keno game rules are applicable to multi-game keno unless otherwise posted. You must play the same ticket on each game. - The IRS requires a W-2 G form to be filed on all net keno winnings of $1,500 or more. You will be required to present two forms of identification (driver's license and Social Security card). Non-resident aliens are subject to a 30 percent tax to be deducted from the gross keno winnings before payment.
- In the event of computer and/or operator error, the physical balls drawn from the keno ball hopper, not the display boards, will be used to determine the official game results.
