Age and ID Required

  • 18 years and up: driver's license, certified copy of birth certificate, passport or military I.D (only one required)
  • 16-18 years: Notarized parental consent or parent present to give consent.
  • Under 16: By court order only
  • Non-Residents — You don't have to be a U. S. resident to get married in Las Vegas. Most countries require a certified copy of the marriage certificate and an apostille from the Nevada Secretary of State.
